Abortion is defined as
the ending of a pregnancy by removing an embryo or fetus, before it can survive
outside the uterus. Abortion that happens spontaneously is called a
miscarriage. However, when deliberate steps are taken to end a pregnancy, it is
known as induced abortion. Abortion is actually considered by many people as a
moral issue, concerning the beginning of human personal (the moment when a
human is first recognized as a person), the rights of the fetus and a woman’s
rights over her own body.

The public relation practitioners can connect with anyone on social media to
learn, share their thoughts and do campaigns such as #abortion by posting their
hashtag on popular social media platform as it will educate their target
audience about abortion.

Social media
platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter should be used in
advertising and promoting their hashtag for it to trend. Hence, creating awareness
against the campaign. Using these sites will help intensify the view of the
posts against the campaign and make the #abortion to go all over the place as
social media is a free space where everyone is the same and post whatever
he/she wants.
Disadvantages of using social
media to campaign
Social medial is difficult to manage
Digital media engagement is not easy to manage especially if
it goes viral. This is because the campaign against abortion may be received in
a way it was not intended to. It will need immediate attention and a lot of
skill to respond to by the public relation practitioners. The management
of digital media as a public relations tools is very high because it is
extremely time consuming.
Unable to control information
There is inactive and unresponsive new media spaces. The
public relations practitioners no longer have control of the information
against abortion campaign. When it goes viral, people will be commenting on
your campaign and they will have control over what is being said. It is very demanding
to stay interactive
within the social media spaces.

Ø Woman who have had such experience educate others.
Ø Interviews should be done with women who have been through the process
Ø Target audience should be well pointed out in regard to the abortion campaign.
Abortion is a practice we all need to fight against. In my opinion I thing we should give the innocent baby a chance to live and let God decide on its fate

DeleteAbortion is the act of terminating a pregnancy. This act is against God and should be punishable by law. From genesis God said go into the world and multiply and not terminating. Any woman or doctor engaging his or herself into such act should be punished according to the law

DeleteI think with social media we can educate women on the ills of committing this act. We should not spend most of our time on social media posting and commenting on useless post. We should use it to educate the masses on ways to stop abortion for it is said that God created us in his own image so then why terminating the innocent?

DeleteThe gift of life is awe inspiring but due to various circumstances some women decide to opt for abortion. Regardless of the decision, I always advocate for safer practices . Procedures must be done at abortion accredited clinics.

DeleteI do not support abortion as everyone had the right to life . If any woman thinks that she is not prepared in having children, she should take measures to prevent against pregnancy.

DeleteSuch a sensitive topic, but I personally think everyone should have a right or say on what they want to bring to the world. As much as it might be a bad act, there might also be reasons to doing the abortion for example unemployment and the father denying the pregnancy which then leads to such decisions.

DeleteAbortion i think it is a good thing because what you do with your body it your decision and no one should be judged, because not everyone get pregnant in a proper way, some are raped and we can't judge them if they do abortion.

DeleteAbortion is a very personal and sensitive topic to share about. As much as you can that women are now given the right to abort, I still think that it's a criminal act. I think that it's a way of running away from taking responsibility. I mean, there are ways in which this can be dealt with either than abortion- you can consider adoption, the list is endless.
